Current vacancies

1. Lawyer / Legal Manager 
 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal services to ensure that the legal rights, liabilities, obligations and risks of the companies within the Group are effectively managed and its interests are protected to achieve the business and strategic objectives.
  • Protect the companies’ intellectual properties, trademarks and patents. 
  • Review and draw up legal documents and advise on all legal matters relating to joint ventures, mergers & acquisitions, turnkey construction, sale & purchase, etc.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Degree in Law or equivalent from a recognized University
  • At least 5 years of working experience in corporate/commercial law
  • Knowledge of company secretarial functions an added advantage
  • Dynamic, hardworking, responsible, motivated, meticulous
  • Analytical with strong oral and written communication skills
     

2. Interior / Project Designers (senior & junior positions)
 

Responsibilities:

  • To co-ordinate design work with in-house project management and technical team.
  • Able to produce conceptual Interior Design drawings for presentation to Management / Client as well as detail drawings for construction.
  • Able to propose, recommend concept and space planning of interior design.
  • Able to supervise and co-ordinate projects.
  • Able to do presentation and must have knowledge of proposed materials. 

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Interior Designing / Interior Architecture or equivalent
  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Dynamic, self-motivated, good team spirit and able to work independently
  • At least 2 - 3 years of relevant working experience in the related field
  • Required skills : 3D Studio Max, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe PhotoShop, AutoCad, MS Office and MS Powerpoint
  • Required languages (spoken & written): English and Mandarin

 

3. Admin Assistants (2 positions) (Bandar Sri Damansara & Setapak)
 

Responsibilities:

  • To provide general administrative functions including invoicing, prepare quotations, filing management, purchasing functions.
  • To provide administrative and coordinating support for sales personnel.
  • To handle ad hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Secondary School/SPM certificate in any field
  • Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills
  • MS Office and computer literate. Knowledge of SAP or IFCA and advantage
  • 1 to 2 years of working experience in the related field
