FITTERS, through its subsidiary FUTURE NRG Sdn Bhd is a technology integrator and developer of renewable and alternative waste-to-energy projects using advanced, proprietary technologies to produce renewable and altenative energy. FUTURE NRG focuses on the following market segments :

Services in Mechanical engineering includes fire protection installation, air conditioning & ventilation, gas supply, water supply & sanitary installation. Services in Electrical engineering includes electrical power, extra low voltage installation, uninterruptible power supply and power engineering solutions.

FITTERS Diversified Berhad, commenced its operations in the 1970s. FITTERS was listed on the Second Board of Bursa Malaysia on 4 October 1994, then promoted to the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia on 4th July 2007. This subsequently led to the change in name; FITTERS Diversified Berhad.
Today, FITTERS is recognized as the leader in providing integrated fire protection and prevention solutions. We have established ourselves as a “one-stop” fire protection specialist. Our subsidiaries are involved in the manufacturing, trading and specialized installation of firefighting materials, equipment and providing fire safety protection services & products. ACQUISITION OF KPISOFT
FITTERS Diversified Berhad through its wholly-owned subsidiary Premier Equity Holdings Limited (BVI company) has acquired 30% shares each in KPISOFT International Pte. Ltd. ("KPISOFT") and KPISOFT Malaysia Sdn. Bhd.
KPISOFT is an emerging software and consultancy company specialising in Business Performance Management (BPM) and Business Intelligence (BI). KPISOFT has received excellent reviews from its current clients and is gaining popularity for its unique positioning as a solution provider in the area of business performance management where it provides hybrid model of software and consulting in helping clients achieve breakthrough performance.
KPISOFT can best be described as a solution company. It helps the management of its clients:
- improve visibility on how the business is performing (e.g. Balanced Score Card)
- improve the performance of key operational processes (e.g. contact centre, fulfilment, assurance)
